unused items. Please note that the cost of shipping the returned item is the customer’s
responsibility and shipping cost of purchase will be deducted from the refund. If you
receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days delivery
for an exchange. Cost of shipping return will be customer responsibility; although, a
shipping discount to your next order will be provided due to the inconvenience. If the
product is damaged during delivery, please report it to the shipping company and
contact us within 7 days of delivery. Processing of damaged item will occur after postal
investigation and return of product. Please make sure to include the invoice with all
returned product(s). Processing of return or exchange will begin once product is
